Warranty and After-Sales Service

Coverage

All parts carry a 12-month warranty from the date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Claim Process

Transit Damage Protocol

Inspect packaging upon receipt. If external packaging appears intact but internal damage is found upon unpacking, photograph both the packaging and the damaged part immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery (including weekends and public holidays). Cases of concealed transit damage are handled on a case-by-case basis — partial compensation or subsidized replacement will be arranged subject to photo evidence and carrier assessment.

If the crankshaft has been reground, the original STD bearing specification may no longer be suitable. Please provide the crankpin journal measurement together with the engine ESN. We can use the engine information and measurement to verify the appropriate bearing specification before ordering.

Q4. Why should I provide the ESN and Build List before ordering?

For Perkins engine parts, the same engine family may contain different configurations and Build Lists. Providing the ESN and Build List allows us to verify the application before shipment and helps reduce the risk of receiving a bearing kit that does not match the engine or crankshaft specification.
